The Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg (EABW) was founded in 1983 by the State Government of Baden-Württemberg. Since 2008, it has been a private training, consultancy and research organisation, specialising in green technology transfer, global business development and digitisation. EABW provides training for executives in international business, builds international alliances for SDG-technology transfer and supports companies in developing new markets.

With our executive programmes and global partnerships, we support our clients in successfully implementing their strategy. This enables them to take a leading position in their target markets – both commercially and technologically.
The “United Alliance for Sustainable Technology Transfer” is an initiative of the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg. The core element of SDG technology transfer is the Development of Sustainable Ecosystems, sustainable exploitation of raw materials and the development of local value chains in countries of the Global South. The initiative was first presented in 2022 by Prof. Dr. Bertram Lohmüller at the UNGSII Foundation’s SDG Lab, which takes place annually alongside the World Economic Forum in Davos.
