The tutors and trainers from the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg conducted a series of training sessions designed to help managers from Turkmenistan establish business relations with Germany. Valuable recommendations on intercultural business interaction and insights on how to establish win-win cooperations with German companies were provided. The experts also successfully helped participants of the programme “Partnering in Business with Germany” enhance their team-building skills. One of the highlights for participants was learning about effective HR management practices from leading German companies. In the coming months, the cooperation projects of the managers, focusing on green technologies, will be supported through activities within the framework of the programme modules, which Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg is implementing on behalf of GIZ and BMWK.
